@ work

REMEMBER - when you are at your workplace, you are on show! You must remember that there are those there that will always be trying to catch you out - you might be amazed to find that some of them could even be  fellow 'Christians' who are out to put status on themselves... 

You should be happy witt the salary you are paid and the position you hold - even if others get pay rises and promotion you might think they do not deserve. You should trust in the Lord for extra salary and promotion.

You should be co-operative, support the others in your team and be modest about it - knowing that you will be used as the Lord sees fit as an employee and a Christian witness. You should behave as though Christ was the Managing Director... 

You should do more than is asked for in your contract.  
You should not arrive late and leave early.  
You should not take free time off on the pretence of being ill..  
You will only take the time allotted for breaks and lunch.  
You should be a hard-working and un-complaining worker.  
You certainly would not resort to bad language at any time.  

At work you should show evidence of the Holy Spirit within you. You should go through you days work, walking the walk and talking the talk.  

You should take every opportunity to bear witness to the joy and salvation of accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.  

Your home life and social life should be stable so that you are free to devote all your work time to work not other worries.  

Forgiveness should come readily, you will steer clear of gossip, prejudice and politics. You will not seek success at the expense of others  

If you have followed all the principals outlined above then the  task of witnessing will be made all that much easier as you will have been noticed in everyday work to be someone who is different to others.
